The following provisions establish the General Conditions of Sale of the products offered on www.yahileditions.com
All orders imply acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any order with online payment will only be taken into consideration after acceptance of the payment by the GIE bank cards. The parties agree that the contract is subject to French law, the language of the GTC being French.
Yahil Editions informs the consumer of all the essential characteristics of the goods offered (colours, quantities, volumes, descriptions, prices). These characteristics appear in support of the photograph illustrating the offer. The photos illustrating the products are not part of the contract. The consumer acknowledges that the photograph representing the product that appears on the website is only indicative and is not contractual. Alterations may indeed appear due to the processing of the photo. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time by Yahil Editions. Special conditions for certain products or services may supplement these General Conditions.

The prices given are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20%, excluding shipping costs.

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The transport time is 10 days.
Depending on the time of year, these times may vary significantly. You will find, during the validation process of your order, a precise indication of the processing time of your order. These times take into account the availability of products. Whatever your choice of shipment, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
CLASSIC DELIVERY :
Home delivery by private carrier: 8,90 €.
RECEIPT OF GOODS :
At the time of delivery, we suggest that you check the contents of the package(s) in the presence of the delivery person. On the delivery note, write your name, date, sign and stamp.
In the event of damage, damaged packages, broken products or missing items, it is imperative that you note the nature and extent of the damage for each item on the receipt in the presence of the delivery person.
Send us a copy of this signed delivery note immediately.
Be very careful with the general mention "subject to unpacking". It has no legal value and therefore does not authorise any recourse against the carrier.
Any major anomalies, such as a broken package causing product deterioration, must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier within 3 working days of receiving the package.

RETURN OF GOODS
Error in delivery:
The consumer must submit to Yahil Editions on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, any claim of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications on the order form. Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.
Yahil Editions will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and will communicate it to the consumer by e-mail or telephone. The exchange of a product can only take place after the consumer has been given an exchange number in accordance with the above procedure.
In the event of an error in delivery or exchange, the consumer will be informed by e-mail or telephone.
In case of delivery error or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the company in its entirety and in its original packaging, to the following address

Upon receipt and after verification of the returned products, YAHIL EDITIONS will exchange the returned goods or reimburse them, excluding the shipping costs and any delivery options.
WITHDRAWAL OF THE CLIENT
In application of article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 7 days, from the delivery of the ordered products, to change his mind.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
The return postage costs are at the customer's expense and the customer will be asked to send the item back in a tracked parcel to :

Upon receipt and after verification of the good condition of the products received in return, YAHIL EDITIONS will proceed to the reimbursement of the sums received for the returned goods, excluding the contribution to the shipping costs and any delivery options.
PERSONAL DATA
The data collected by YAHIL EDITIONS on its website are intended for its use. The client can give his consent or oppose the use of the data collected under the terms of the present order, for the YAHIL EDITIONS customer file as well as for their use by third parties.
In accordance with the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as the Data-processing Law and Freedoms, the customer has a right of access, of correction and suppression with regard to any information relating to it. This right can be exercised by mail to the following address

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
For any claim relating to an order, the customer can contact YAHIL EDITIONS by e-mail at contact@yahileditions.com. An amicable solution will be sought before any other action.
COMPLETENESS
In the event that one of the clauses of the present contract would be null and void by a change of legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this would not affect the validity and the respect of the present General Conditions of Sale.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURIDICTION
The parties agree that the contract is subject to French law and that only the French courts can hear these disputes, the language of the General Conditions of Sale being French. Any dispute between YAHIL EDITIONS and any private individual, community or company is under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Pontoise, notwithstanding the plurality of defendants and/or the call for guarantees, even for emergency procedures or protective procedures in summary proceedings or by petition.
It is also agreed that in the event of a potential dispute, the parties shall make every effort to find an amicable solution.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the www.yahileditions.com website are protected by copyright and trademark law. They are the exclusive property of YAHIL EDITIONS or its partners and cannot therefore be copied, reproduced or downloaded in whole or in part without the express and prior authorisation of YAHIL EDITIONS, with the exception of elements whose rights are held by the suppliers of the products presented on the site. Any total or partial reproduction of the products being the property of YAHIL EDITIONS is strictly forbidden and constitutes a counterfeit which can engage the civil and penal liability of its author.
